Period of Return: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Processing time： Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process.

Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without these precautions, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
